Our primary goal is to satisfy 100% of our customers.

WITHDRAWAL

If, on a weekday, you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you directly. If the item has already been shipped, a refund is still possible, you will just need to return it directly to our facility.

We only process orders 24 hours after they have been placed in order to accommodate customer errors and changes of mind. After this period, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to refund you for a change of mind until the product has been delivered, received, and returned.

To be eligible for a return on your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (excluding defective items). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Free shipping in France 🇫🇷 → 30 Days to complete the return from the date of mailbox delivery, new. Please contact us beforehand.

I WISH TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT SUIT ME

→ Our standard return policy lasts 30 Days. If 30 Days have passed since receipt of your order, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Each customer who wishes to exchange their order has 14 Days from the date of receipt of the order to complete the return.

Following the withdrawal notification, the customer has 14 Days to return the products once the return instructions have been communicated by email. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For this, it is recommended to contact us beforehand by email. Specifying the order number (LS...)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we need an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that cannot be returned.

→ No refund or exchange is eligible beyond the 14 Days provided after the date of receipt of the order.

Detailed Return Policy:

Step 1 : Make sure you meet the following conditions:

  • You have 14 Days from receipt of your package to return it to us
  • You have 7 additional days to provide us with the tracking number once the return instructions have been communicated by email
  • Tags must be attached to the item in the same way as when received
  • The item must be new, unwashed.

If the buyer changes their mind and wishes to obtain a refund for their order, they have 14 Days from the date of receipt of their order to send their return request to customer service via the contact form. If the 14 Day deadline normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

Step 2 : Contact us by email at contact@la-salopette.fr or directly via our contact form, to obtain your return form which must be completed and included in your package.

Step 3 : Send us the items you wish to return to the address indicated on the return form.

Clearly indicate on the form whether you want a refund, an exchange or a store credit. The return must go through Mondial Relay : https://www.mondialrelay.fr/envoi-de-colis/

We offer free shipping for all La Salopette® items, however return costs remain your responsibility.

If you cannot print the document, you can copy the elements of the form on a sheet of paper and include it in your package.

On this sheet, the following must appear: your order number (Example: LS1122), the name of the items returned, and what you wish to obtain from the return (refund, store credit or exchange with a different size/color).

Step 4 : Upon receipt of the items, they will be inspected and according to your request we will:

  • Refund your items: you will receive an email confirming the refund of the order.
  • Exchange your items: The items will be exchanged for those indicated on your return form, you will receive an email confirming the exchange as well as a new order and tracking number.

La Salopette® reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

The maximum refund period is 10 days.

Please note that the refund time to your account always depends on your banking institution.

The refund of the order is due within 10 days after receipt of the order at our manufacturing center, that is, upon receipt at our warehouse.

In case of return, La Salopette® is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer with the exception of return costs. Shipping costs and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to pay their own shipping to return their item (in this case...) to our manufacturing center in Asia and to the return address that will be communicated to the buyer by customer service. Any shipping costs such as for secure delivery are not refundable.


I WISH TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM (if applicable)

If an item is defective, the customer has 24 months after receipt of their order to contact customer service. The customer must send photographic evidence and the defects that the product presents, (description and photos attached) to customer service first via the contact form: contact us.

We guarantee a full refund of the order in case of defective products, non-delivery, or out of stock.

→ If a product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us quickly after receipt. Beyond this period, the order is considered compliant.

Step 1 : Send us by email to contact@la-salopette.fr a claim accompanied by photos documenting the defect(s).

Above all, never remove tags or wash an item received stained or defective before informing us, at the risk that your request cannot be taken into account.

Step 2 : Your request will be processed by our team within a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays).

You will then have the choice between several options:

  • Refund of the defective item by us, via the original payment method
  • Replacement of the item if we still have it in stock
  • Possibility of obtaining a credit in the form of a store credit for the entire shop.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The return costs can be refunded if you request an exchange or a store credit. In case of refund, these costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
