Return policy

Our primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction.


If, during the week, you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you directly.

We only process orders 24 hours after they have been placed in order to be able to modify the errors and changes of opinion of the customers. After this period has passed, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to reimburse you in the context of a change of mind before the product has been delivered, received and returned.

To qualify for a return on your order, your item must absolutely be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Our standard return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To process your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

R EMBURSEMENTS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items within 14 days if they arrive faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@la-salopette.fr In order to send us the return, you must first create an account on Mondial Relay and send it back via Mondial Relay.

You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

You may consider using a shipment tracking service or purchasing insurance for the shipments. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
