Legal Period for Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable laws, you have a period of 14 Days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are not required to provide justification, and no penalty will be applied. Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw within this 14 Day period, you have an additional period of 7 days after communication of the return procedures to return the products concerned by the withdrawal. This right is valid only for countries that are members of the European Union.

The customer has 24 hours after the time of purchase to withdraw during checkout. Beyond that, the order will already be shipped.

Period Provided by Contract to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

On la-salopette.fr, you have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of 14 Days from receipt of the products. Following that, you have an additional period of 7 days from the communication of the return procedures to return the products concerned by the withdrawal

In the case of an order comprising multiple products placed on la-salopette.fr, the 14 Day period to communicate your withdrawal decision begins from receipt of the last product, as indicated by your tracking number.

Details concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal are specified below.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

In case of a decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within the stipulated period, only the amount of the product(s) purchased and the shipping fees will be refunded, with return shipping costs remaining at the customer's expense.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions), thus facilitating their resale as new. If product depreciation results from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, the customer's responsibility may be engaged.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any means, particularly by postal mail or by email to contact@la-salopette.fr, clearly expressing the intention to withdraw and mentioning the order in question.

Once the withdrawal form or declaration has been sent to La Salopette®, at the latest 14 Days after receipt of the order, the products concerned must be returned to the la-salopette.fr address within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 7 days following the sending of the withdrawal form or declaration.

In accordance with Council Regulation No. 1182/71/EEC of June 3, 1971, which defines the rules applicable to periods, dates, and terms:
1. The day on which the contract is concluded or the day of receipt of the goods is not included in the period mentioned in Article L. 221-18.
2. The period begins at the first hour of the first day and ends at the last hour of the last day of the period.
3. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the first following business day.

In the absence of provision of information relating to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions provided for in 2° of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiration of the initial period, determined in accordance with Article L. 221-18. However, if the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires seven days after receipt of this information by the consumer.

The burden of proof of the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article L. 221-21 lies with the consumer.

**Refund:**
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, la-salopette.fr will refund the amounts paid (including delivery fees) no later than 14 Days after receipt of your withdrawal decision, using the same method of payment as that used for the order (unless express agreement for a refund according to another means of payment). This refund date may be deferred until recovery of the product or until you provide proof of shipment of the product, whichever date is earlier. La Salopette® is required to refund additional fees only if you have expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method suggested on la-salopette.fr.

However, in case of payment in full or in part by gift cards, these cannot be refunded in cash, by check, or by credit card. Refunds for purchases made by gift cards will be made exclusively in the form of gift cards for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
